Job scope

  • Varied job scope maintaining law and order including Guarding, Escorting, Enforcement, Traffic and Crowd Control, Access Control, and Screening Duties etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 “N” Levels Credits or 5 x WPLN Level 5 & above
  • Able to work on rotating shift
  • Able to take and pass physical fitness test - IPPT (Applicants unable to take IPPT can apply for Unarmed APO positions)
  • No experience required as training will be provided
  • Singaporean and PR only

    Command centre near central region requires Operations Officer with SSO qualifications.  Work in an air-conditioned environment where patrolling is not required.  Be part of a team supporting each other.  2 off days every week.  Walking distance to MRT station.

    Job scope:

    • Monitor and respond to daily operational events / transactions in accordance to established procedures.
    • Responsible for the preparation of simple monitoring reports.
    • Undertake customer service duties and assist members of the public with queries pertaining to security operations via telephone.
    • Work closely with the command centre's team of Supervisors and Operations Managers in the escalation of security related incidents.

    Requirements:

    • Good command of the English Language
    • Candidates with Operations Centre / Customer Service backgrounds preferred
    • Security Officers holding the qualification(s) of SO / SSO may apply for this position
    • Must be able to perform rotating shift duties (12hrs, 2 Days 2 Night and 2 Off)
